Bank of Baroda is having 900 vacancies for the Probationary Officers post in Junior Management Grade / Scale-I and is inviting online applications from graduates for filling up of these posts.

Total Vacancies : 900 (UR-450, SC-142, ST-72, OBC-236), 27 posts for PWD Candidates. Bank may increase the number of vacancies maximum by further 300, as per administrative requirements.

Eligibility :

Qualification : Candidate should be a degree holder in any field from a recognized university in India.

Age :  The Minimum and Maximum age of the Candidates as on 01.01.2011 should be

21 and 30 years respectively. Relaxation in Upper Age limit as per government rules.

Selection Procedure : The Selection of the Candidate will be based on a written test followed by an Interview of the shortlisted Candidates.

Application Fee : General Candidates have to pay an Application fee of Rs. 300/- which is reduced to Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/ PWD candidates (on postage charges only) in any nearest Bank of Baroda Branch with the Fee payment Challan duly filled in and pay, in Cash, in Account No.29040200000198 with Bandra Kurla Complex Branch in favour of “Bank of Baroda Recruitment of  Officers Recruitment Project 2011-12”.  Obtain the Counterfoil (Applicant’s Copy) of the Fee Payment Challan duly received by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & Code Number, (b) Transaction ID, (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.

Recruitment of Probationary Officers 2010-11 at Syndicate Bank

Name of post: Probationary Officers

Qualification: Pass in graduation in any discipline with 55% or more marks in aggregate from a recognized University in India (50% or more in the case of SC/ST/PWD Candidates) or Degrees which are considered equivalent to graduation i.e. Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), Company Secretary (CS) as also qualifications in Managementlike PGDBM (Two years course from a reputed University) with 55% or more marks in aggregate (50% or more in the case of SC/ST/PWD). Proficiency in Computers is essential.

Age Limit: 21-30 Yrs

Application Fee: For General and OBC Rs.300. The fee for SC/ST/PWD is towards postage only and for others the fee includes postal charges of Rs.50.Requisite Application Fee may be paid at any of the Branches of Syndicate Bank, by means of a Payment challan as per the format.
